CJ Timms Electrical Services have commenced work, testing the electrics at a large private school in Leicestershire.
Our approach
We were invited to quote for carrying out an Electrical Installation Condition Report on the whole of the school campus and successfully we won the contract due to our price and approach to the project.
The school’s situation
After many years of electrical works being carried out without any documentation or certification, the school was left in a vulnerable position.
What we are doing
The Electrical Installation Condition Report will involve testing and documenting the whole of the installation – from the intake point to the end of the furthest circuit – and will highlight any defects and safety issues.
After the report is carried out the school will have a clear understanding of the condition of their electrical systems and advising them of any remedial works should there be any. This enables the school to be compliant with their insurance company and ensure the safety of the staff and pupils.
